Arthur "Kip" Radigan
Kip Radigan has been in the insurance industry since 1980. Starting out as a Property/Casualty claims adjuster, he has handled & managed large & small industrial, commercial, residential & mobile home claims involving both man-made & natural catastrophic events. Since the late 1980s Kip's focus has been on handling environmental impairment claims throughout the world including Africa, South America, Europe, Canada & North America exceeding US $1.0 Billion in claimed costs. Such claims managed, to name a few, have been well blowouts, oil spills, pipeline ruptures, leaking underground storage tanks, tanker releases & chemical explosions as well as all types of natural catastrophe occurrrences. Kip's experience also includes litigation support, class action structuring & administration, managing cost containment & third party liability projects as well as pollution liability & product liability claims. As a experienced international insurance adjuster with financial experience, he is able to manage & handle all aspects of a claim from the initial assignment to its final resolution.
Vincent Levito CPA, CFE
Vincent Levito is a Principal with over 20 years of experience dealing with financial, insurance & environmental issues. Vince's experiences have included working on five continents throughout the world. He has been involved in projects including Gulf War Damage Assessment, Oil Spill Cost & Claims issues, Class Action & Product Liability Litigation Support, & Property Claims arising from Environmental Impairment. Vincent is a graduate of the University of Florida (cum laude, 1987). He is a Certified Public Accountant, a Certified Forensic Examiner, & a Licensed All-Lines Insurance Adjuster.

David L. Huff ESQ
David L. Huff has joined Global Risk Solutions as our Senior Vice President of
Environental Claims and General Counsel. Mr. Huff brings a legacy of over 30 years of Insurance and Litigation expertise.
Mr. Huff recently retired from Ashland Inc. (a worldwide energy and chemical company) as its Corporate Insurance Director responsible for managing its worldwide Risk and Insurance Management Department, served as President of two Captive Insurance Companies and was a board of directors and executive committee member for Oil Insurance Limited and Oil Casualty Insurance Limited, mutual insurance companies domiciled in Bermuda.
Mr. Huff is an attorney (licensed to practice law in the State of Kentucky) a Certified Risk Manager and an experienced arbitrator and mediator. Mr. Huff is also a member of the Risk & Insurance Management Society, American Bar Association (Tort & Insurance Practice Section), Kentucky Bar Association and the Fayette County Bar Association. Mr. Huff has also served as an expert witness in insurance coverage and insurance claims management cases, along with being an instructor in risk management for the National Alliance for Insurance Education & Research.
Steve Gosser
Since graduating from Auburn University in 1986, Steve Gosser has provided consulting services to financial, insurance & environmental clients. He has worked with clients in Africa, Europe, the Middle East & North America enabling them to save money, settle outstanding legal issues & reduce corporate risks & exposures. Steve's experiences include, among others, managing underground storage tank reimbursements, negotiating with farmers' unions, adjusting business interruption & pollution liability claims, & managing third party claims programs. As he has throughout his career, Steve focuses on providing clients the timely, detailed & accurate information to make significant financial decisions impacting operating income or loss reserves.
Ross Gagliano CFE
Ross Gagliano has 10+ years of experience in financial, contracting, environmental & insurance issues. He has worked worldwide including Africa, Europe, Latin America & North America. His experience includes numerous Oil Spill Responses, leading teams dealing with both Cost Containment & Claims issues. Additionally, Ross has significant experience dealing with Environmental Impairment, Class Action, Litigation Support & Property Claims. Ross is a graduate of Florida State University & is a Certified Forensic Examiner as well as a Licensed All-Lines Insurance Adjuster.
Anthony Satira
Anthony Satira has over 10 years of experience in finance, insurance & environmental impairment claim issues. His experience includes numerous oil spill responses utilizing his technical talents related to GRS' costs & claims tracking & handling programs, which are web-based for ease of use by GRS' clients anywhere in the world. Anthony also has litigation support experience involving long-term large environmental impairment cases. Since in the employ of GRS, Anthony has assisted in developing, creating & maintaining an extensive "Standard Operating Procedures Manual" used on all projects. He is a graduate of Robert Morris College with a degree in Finance & has his Florida All-lines Insurance Adjuster's license.
Chris Faiella CCST CCE CHFI
Christopher Faiella is a Digital Forensic Analyst & has been heavily involved with computers & networking since 1981. Chris has been intimately involved with the implementation, operation, & maintenance of Computers, Wide Area Networks (WAN’s), Local Area Networks (LAN’s), Virtual Private Networks (VPN’s), Telephone Systems, & Internet technology.
He’s worked with almost every type of computer from PC’s to servers, to mid-range computers, to large, mainframe systems. He’s also built & sold his own computer systems, & has served as a PC help desk manager, a systems implementation project manager, & was the Network Operations project leader for the US House of Representatives network center implementation effort.
Mr. Faiella has held multiple high level security clearances with both the military & the U.S. Government, & is proud to have served in the U.S. Army

Michael J. Perullo CPA
Michael brings 20+ years of visionary experience as well as operational strength & leadership to the organization. His independent consultant & entrepreneurial expertise have been grounded with professional development in accounting, auditing, budgeting, construction, due diligence, e-commerce, environmental liability, forensic analysis, insurance, litigation support, marketing, risk management, taxation, transition management, & strategy. Michael has participated in numerous man-made & natural catastrophe engagements including product liability, evacuations, chemical risk, cost containment, customized voluntary payment programs, & has administered class action settlement operations. Michael has created original forensic accounting methodologies, computer based models, & map making aids to evaluate claimant & plaintiff demands in multi-billion dollar environments. Michael holds a B.B.A. from the University of Michigan Business School, has completed graduate work at Harvard University, has earned his Property, Casualty, Surety & Allied Lines Adjuster License, & is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, & numerous other professional & community organizations.
Doug Radigan
Doug Radigan is a seasoned property claims adjuster having worked in the insurance industry since 1989. Doug’s experience includes working on several environmental impairment projects relating to leaking underground storage tanks, pipeline ruptures, oil spills & chemical fires both foreign & domestic. Doug was involved in the Exxon Valdez Oil Spill Damage Assessment department, managing invoice review assignments. Since the early 90’s Doug has specialized in handling major property claims both residential & large commercial assignments exceeding US$10 million. Noteworthy to mention is that Doug was assigned to the World Trade Center Tragedy (9/11/01) handling All-Line Claims. As an experienced claims adjuster he is Flood Certified & has his Florida All-Lines Insurance Adjuster’s license.
Bruce Edmund JD
With over 30 years experience in property & casualty insurance, Bruce Edmund is a veteran of the claims industry. From multiple-line adjuster in the early 70's to Owner-Operator, General Adjuster, Claims Manager & now Project Manager for GRS, Bruce's career spans four decades & includes a variety of challenging assignments. Since the early 90's he has specialized in catastrophe claim operations, having managed oil spill liability teams, class action settlement protocols & products liability programs for a multitude of high-profile corporate clients & public insurers. Bruce's diverse claims background also includes direct handling of unique loss exposures for various Underwriters at Lloyd's, as well as investigation & settlement of multi-million dollar claims on three continents.
Adam Gutman
Adam Gutman has 8 years of experience with environmental & insurance issues and has worked on numerous projects throughout North America. Adam’s experience includes several Oil Spill Responses of which he has managed teams focused on Cost Containment and Claims Issues and has worked extensively on establishing procedures to properly manage the data relating to these issues. Additionally, Adam has experience with Environmental Impairment, Class Action, Litigation Support and Property Claims. Adam is a graduate of the University of Florida and a Licensed All-Lines Insurance Adjuster/Agent.
