  • Arthur “Kip” Radigan
    Arthur “Kip” Radigan PRESIDENT/CEO

    Kip cofounded GRS to leverage not only his extensive and varied experience in the insured and self-insured realms of risk management, but also to fill a marketplace need to build a team completely committed to professional execution on client priorities no matter how large or small anywhere in the world. With more than 30 years of risk management experience, Kip has worked in hundreds of claims environments and adjudicated losses in dozens of high profile media-level man-made and natural catastrophic events. Kip has extensive global experience in petrochemical catastrophes which not only includes the marshaling of resources to support claims operations, but also in providing litigation support services to manage the before, during and after impact of class action litigation. His primary responsibility is to bring his experience to bear when formulating the team design required to meet and exceed company client expectations. Used to working in chaotic and extreme environments, Kip has mentored hundreds of company and industry personnel in the art of adjudicating losses with professional sensibilities. Kip also serves as President of the GRS Institute, an industry standard source for all types of training provided to risk management professionals.

  • Vincent Levito
    Vincent Levito CFO

    Vincent Levito is our CFO as well as a Principal with over 25 years of experience dealing with financial, insurance & environmental issues. Vince’s experiences have included working on five continents throughout the world. He has been involved in projects including Gulf War Damage Assessment, Oil Spill Cost & Claims issues, Class Action & Product Liability Litigation Support, & Property Claims arising from Environmental Impairment. Vincent is a graduate of the University of Florida (cum laude, 1987). He is a Certified Public Accountant, a Certified Forensic Examiner, & a Licensed All-Lines Insurance Adjuster.

  • David L. Huff
    David L. Huff Vice President and General Counsel

    David L. Huff is the Senior Vice President of Environmental Claims and General Counsel. Mr. Huff brings a legacy of over 30 years of Insurance, claims and Litigation expertise to GRS. Mr. Huff retired from Ashland Inc. (a worldwide energy and chemical company) as its Corporate Insurance Director responsible for managing its worldwide Risk and Insurance Management Department. He also served as President of two captive insurance companies and was a board of directors and executive committee member for Oil Insurance Limited and Oil Casualty Insurance Limited, energy related insurance companies domiciled in Bermuda. Mr. Huff is an attorney (licensed to practice law in the State of Kentucky) a Certified Risk Manager and an experienced arbitrator and mediator. Mr. Huff is also a member of the Risk & Insurance Management Society, American Bar Association (Tort & Insurance Practice Section) and Kentucky Bar Association. Mr. Huff has also served as an expert witness in insurance coverage and insurance claims management cases, along with being an instructor in risk management for the National Alliance for Insurance Education & Research.

  • Steve Gosser
    Steve Gosser Chief Operations Officer

    Steve Gosser is a Principal and serves as the Chief Operations Officer as well as manager of GIS mapping services. He has over 20 years of industry experience providing consulting services to financial, insurance and environmental clients in Africa, Europe, the Middle East & North America. Steve’s favorite aspect of work is working with clients and leading project teams through potentially treacherous environmental claims situations while mitigating overall risks and costs and managing data acquisition & information reporting. He has previously lived and supported clients in both London UK and Milan, Italy, and he currently resides in the United States where he enjoys family time, fishing and American football.

  • Ross Gagliano
    Ross Gagliano VP of Emergency Response Services

    Ross Gagliano has 20+ years of experience in financial, contracting, environmental & insurance issues. He has worked worldwide including Africa, Europe, Latin America and North America. His experience includes numerous Oil Spill Responses, leading teams dealing with both Cost Containment & Claims issues. Additionally, Ross has significant experience dealing with Environmental Impairment, Class Action, Litigation Support and Property Claims. Ross is a graduate of Florida State University and is a Certified Forensic Examiner as well as a Licensed All-Lines Insurance Adjuster

  • Douglas Maestas Sr.
    Douglas Maestas Sr. Director of P&C Claims

    Doug brings 27 years of management experience ranging from commercial and industrial construction operations, government, data, environmental projects and property claims. Doug’s motto is “You can’t manage what you don’t measure”. By utilizing comprehensive data analysis and methodologies that allow for trend-identification and internal auditing, GRS is able to improve claim promptness without sacrificing quality. Doug’s leadership initiative on education and training has helped shape our adjusters’ claims handling paradigm. This allows us to not only meet but to exceed client expectations. Doug is Xactimate 28 Level 3 certified, MSBA Master Board certified, a member of the Society of Certified General Adjusters and a member of the St. Louis Chapter of the CPCU Society. Doug holds the following designations: CPCU, AIC, AIS, AINS, AIC-M, CGA

  • Falin McMellon
    Falin McMellon Chief Experience Officer

    Falin has specialized in handling major property and liability losses from some of the major catastrophic events that have affected the United States in the past 15 years. He develops training programs and conferences to further educate our ever growing team of experienced resources. Falin is NFIP Certified, Xacimate 27 Level 3 Certified, IRI Certified and member of the Society of Certified General Adjusters.
