MIAMI – Global Risk Solutions, Inc., a leading provider of a diverse range of claims adjusting and environmental risk management solutions, is continuing to expand its expertise and capabilities with the addition of Mark Stergio as Global Chief Information Officer.
Stergio has extensive experience leading technology and business teams and is a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter. Before joining GRS, he advised and coordinated complex projects including merger-and-acquisition initiatives, digital transformation, business development and strategic planning as an independent consultant. His clients included insurance companies, technology companies and insurance services organizations. Prior to that, he was Chief Executive Officer of Risk Sciences Group and served as the CIO of Broadspire, both of which are units of Crawford & Company. Stergio’s career includes other executive leadership roles at The Hartford Financial Services Group and Hanover Insurance Group.
At GRS, Stergio will have global responsibilities as CIO, overseeing the firm’s technology strategy and operations. He will be based in Sarasota, Florida.
