He began his insurance career at Progressive Insurance managing claims professionals in Fire/Theft, Commercial Auto physical damage, Property and Casualty litigation. He was leader at Nationwide Insurance and served as an Associate Director in the Property and Casualty organization. He served as the Vice President Of Operations at Comsearch, Inc. responsible for developing programs and services to assist clients in effectively managing their costs through quality, integrated solutions that maximize financial outcomes. Rob has a successful track record setting service standards and building technology capabilities that delivered exceptional customer service experiences. He has proven success in multiple leading roles for Management Continuous Improvement and Operational Simplicity and is skilled at building excellent relationships with outside partners and internal department directors and co-executives.
