Robert Chambers

Robert has over 25 years’ experience in the environmental and emergency response industry. His experience includes the incident management of responses to casualties on land and water, involving oil spills, hazardous materials, groundings, emergency lighterings, fires and collisions. He has been involved in the management of more than 500 incidents. Robert has specialized in logistics, finance and information management in the emergency response industry, including response to oil and hazardous substance spills, fires and explosions. He has significant experience in IT application collaboration and development, health and safety training, contingency plan development, facility and transportation regulatory compliance and emergency response operations. He serves as a board member of the Spill Control Association of America, of which he currently is vice president. He has served as a member of the Delaware County Chemical Advisory Team and other emergency response initiatives. His education in Business Administration and Organizational Management has been received at Troy State University and the University of Phoenix.
