GRS Symbility Training: July 6th – 7th from 9am-4pm ET
GRS will be holding Symbility Training that covers receiving a claim through Symbility, accepting a claim through Symbility as well as a heavy emphasis on Symbility Estimatics. The training will be held virtually and a link will be provided after registration.
GRS Desk Adjuster Orientation Training: July 12th from 9am-4pm ET
The GRS Desk Adjuster Orientation Training will provide the Desk Adjuster with the expectations of GRS concerning claim handling guidelines, workflows, processes, customer service and Best Practices upon deployment.
GRS Field Adjuster Orientation Training: July 13th from 9am-3pm ET
The GRS Field Orientation Training will provide the Field Adjuster with the expectations of GRS concerning claim handling guidelines, workflows, processes, customer service and Best Practices upon deployment.
GRS Customer Service Training: July 14th from 9am-3pm ET
Topics include how good or bad customer service affects the Carrier, IA Firm, and the IA. We will cover phone etiquette, electronic correspondence, the importance of flexibility due to change and how to deliver excellent customer service in the adjusting world.
Adjuster Bootcamp Training: July 18th – 29th
Adjuster Bootcamp Training is a two week course focusing on Understanding the Insurance Policy, Customer Service, Xactimate and Estimatic exercises utilizing the four mock houses at the GRS training facility in Bradenton, FL.
